I came into HVAC industry in 2007. I started in the technical service department. I helped customers with field issues, problem solving and training. I simultaneously helped with counter sales, researched parts, pulled orders and took deliveries. For the majority of the 8 years, I served as a Territory Manager. In all my roles, my focus has been on outstanding customer service. I understand that timely bids, great equipment and industry knowledge can be vital to all my customers’ success. I enjoy serving businesses of all sizes. I consider myself a problem solving ally and buyer’s consultant. My goal is that customers consider me as an unpaid employee.
